Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God’s way is narrow with no flexibility. DO NOT go
left or right, stay straight. The reward is prolonged days in the land of
victorious Christian living.
Deu 5:31-33 But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I
will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments,
which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I
give them to possess it.
Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath
commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath
commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that
ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
We are told that if we love the Lord we will keep his
commandments. Obedience is the key to victorious living.
Victorious living is not based upon our appearing to be keeping the Lord’s
commandments it is actual obedience which is by faith. Why do you do what
you do?
1John 5:3-4 For this is the love of God, that we keep his
commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this
is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
