Day 54

Day 54
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
When we come in contact with God it makes a visible difference to those around us but sometimes not to us.  Our focus is on Him and others, let us never loose that.

Exodus 33:18-23 And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.
And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:
And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
Exodus 34:29-30 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.
And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.

When people hear you speak or see you service; do they talk among themselves that they believe you have been with Jesus?

Act 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

Day 53

Day 53
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
God goes with His people because of His grace.  Where God calls He goes with and directs.

Exodus 33:12-17 And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight.
Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.
For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.
And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.

We want God’s grace but forget to be humble.  How Bad you want God’s grace?

1Peter 5:5-6 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Day 52

Day 52
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
The Lord is God there is none other.  When people make idols they think they are reaching God by making gods.  Notice Aaron called for a feast around the calf to worship the LORD, Jehovah.  Truth: we can not worship God as we please, we must worship by faith to please Him.
Exodus 32:1 And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
Exodus 32:4-5 And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD.

This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

Worship services in many of today’s churches are about putting a physical presence that is familiar with the people even though they appear to be worldly they are presented as a way to worship the LORD.  Does your worship services have a “golden calf” in it?  Or is your worship service about Truth in worshiping with your spirit and God’s communing.

John 4:21-24 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Day 51

Day 51
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God has always wanted a willing offering.  God does not make anyone give.  The offering is for the ministry for a place of sanctuary to meet with the Lord.

Exodus 25:1-2 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.
Exo 25:8 And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

Give out of love so that God gets the glory and needs of others are met and God can bless our lives for it.

2Co 9:7-12 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
(As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)
Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

Day 50

Day 50
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God’s instructions to us has always been the same.  Teach others what God gave us in His word.
Exo 24:12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:

The Lord has commanded us to go, teach and recognize those who come to Christ. The work of salvation is the Lord’s not ours.

Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Day 49

Day 49
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
You can not love others as yourself if you are killing them etcetera.
Exodus 20:13-17 Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

In order to fulfill the whole love of loving others as our selves there is more than just the list given in Exodus.  What are you doing today to love others?
Mat 5:21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
Mat 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Day 48

Day 48
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
Our love for God  as found in the first few commandments but love can not be revealed without obedience to His authority.  God teaches us through earthly vessels a greater truth of Him.

Exo 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Ephesians 6:1 -3Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
Col 3:20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
1John 4:20-21 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

Why do you obey all in authority?  We should be obedient so we can do things acceptable in the sight of God so others can see the truth of salvation.

1Timothy 2:-41 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Day 47

Day 47
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:

The sabbath day commandment is so much more than not working on Saturday.
Today we worship the Lord on His day the first day of the week, but the commandment is still a Biblical principle of absolute truth.  The “do” of this commandment is not the key but the truth being taught.  We need to stop and remember God is the God of all creation.  He owns it all.  He is above it all.  When we begin to love the Lord with all our heart we must realize how big God really is and our love is no small.

Exodus 20:8-11Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
In the Old Testament they paused on Saturday to remember God’s creation of all things. The commandment was a picture of greater things to come.  In the New Testament we pause on Sunday to remember the new creation (creature in verse below)  It is all about God’s ability to save us from our sins.  If he created all things then surely He can save all.
Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Day 46

Day 46
Biblical Principle- Absolute truth from God's Word

The second and third commandments are not about avoiding worshiping statues and using foul language.  These commandments are about our love for the Lord as Jesus states in the New Testament.  They remind us that our worship of Him is never to be brought down to our level of understanding, and we are never to call out to God and accuse Him of not being big enough to get us out of our troubles.
Exodus 20:4-7 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

Today are you following a list of do’s and don’ts or are we walking by faith trusting that God is big enough.
Hebrews 7:19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

Day 45

Day 45
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God IS. All throughout the process God brought plagues to reveal to all the LORD He is GOD.  This is not only the first commandment but also a statement of fact.  The LORD is the only true GOD and there are no others.  So we can not actually have another god before Him as they do not exist.

Exodus 20:2-3 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

The Commandments are not about do’s and don’ts but a love for the Lord and love for others. The law is not about offerings and sacrifices.  We serve the Lord because of who He is.

Mark 12:29-33 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

Day 44

Day 44
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:

God keeps his promises even if it takes generations.
Exodus 17:13-16 And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:
For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.
Esther 9:24-25 tells of Haman the last of the Amalekites via the Agagits some one thousand years later being destroyed.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

God’s timing during troubles is His mercy and grace at work not the opposite.  Our thought process should always be focused on the souls of those around us not the circumstances.
2Peter 3:8-9 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Day 43

Day 43
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
Our response to God’s provision reveals whether or not we are walking in His commandments.  (Love God, Love Others)  Matthew 22:37-40

Exodus 16:4-5Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.
And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.
Exodus 16:27-28 And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none.
And the LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws?

Practical-Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

God has given us provision. Are we praising God for it?  Are we using it to help others.  We trust God for our daily bread; not to consume it for ourselves but to get abundance for the day to help others.  We trust God when we no there will be no provision for the next day He provides enough today for tomorrow.

2Co 8:13-15 For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened:
But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality:
As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

Day 42

Day 42
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
The LORD is to be praised for who He is.  Though Moses seemed to be praising the LORD for what He did.  In verse 11 we see Moses asking a great question with only one answer.  Who is like the LORD?  No One.  Praise Ye The LORD.

Exo 15:1-3 Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.
The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.
Exo 15:11 Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

Because of who HE is we should have His mind on things. Philipians says it Best in Chapter 2:3-11

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Day 41

Day 41
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God may put you between a rock and a hard place for the sole purpose of destroying the enemy.

Exo 14:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
Exo 14:3 For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.
Exo 14:4 And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

God wants us to live in freedom.  God will destroy the enemy so we can live in freedom.  However, when given freedom we should not use it to serve ourselves.  Christian liberty is all about thinking of others and serving them.

Gal 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
Gal 5:10 I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.
Gal 5:11 And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.
Gal 5:12 I would they were even cut off which trouble you.
Gal 5:13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

Day 40

Day 40
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God can and will give direction to His people no matter the conditions around us.  Day or night we can follow God.  But notice that God is in front.

Exo 13:21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
Exo 13:22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.
Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:

Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Do not trust your heart, Do not trust what you understand and know.  Do not hold on to any of your ways of doing things.   Worldly thinking will lead you back to Egypt and the world because the LORD if He is in front of you is leading to the Promise Land of victorious Christian living.
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

Day 39

Day 39
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God owns everything by creation.  Worldly possession are not evil just the people who uses them.  Sometimes God takes the worldly possessions away from evil and gives it to His people.

Exo 12:35 And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment:
Exo 12:36 And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.

Question for the day: “ Am I using worldly possession to support my evil flesh?” “Am I using worldly possession to support my Lord for being a part of His people?”

Day 38

Day 38
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
“The angel of death”?   The LORD said that He will go out that night and firstborns will die.  The distinction for those who live and die where two fold, life to those who by the application of blood revealed whose family they are and those who will die because there is no blood and members of wrong family.  God’s judgment is just.
Exo 11:4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt:
Exo 11:5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the first born of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.
Exo 11:6 And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
Exo 11:7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.

I am not who I am based upon anything other than whose family I belong to.  For myself, salvation came when a change in family came about when the blood of the Cross of Christ was applied.  When some one asked “who are you”  what is your answer?  Answer: child of the King.

Day 37

Day 37
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:God, even in judgment, deals with us personally and practically.  God is not the man upstairs.  God brought judgment so that He could show all that He is LORD.  When Pharaoh asked of God through Moses to end the plague the result was unexpected.  God was willing to end the plague but asked Pharaoh through Moses when.  Pharaoh’s response was tomorrow.  A famous sermon teaches this lesson well “One More Night With The Frogs”  Man’s sin would rather have the plague than to admit he was wrong and God is right.
Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
What are you doing today that would cause you to want the frogs one more day instead of humbling yourself before God?
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything

Day 36

Day 36
Biblical Principle- Absolute truth from God's Word
God does harden hearts of men.  To do this is not God making people do things they do not want to do.  The hardening is based upon the pride of one who becomes stiff-necked.  The same thing God reveals to the children of Israel while in the wilderness.

Exo 7:3 And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.
Exo 7:4 But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.
Exo 7:5 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.

God is not about to make you do something you do not want.  Where does it put you?  Are you a Pharaoh with pride having your heart hardened or are you Moses with humility being exalted to lead the people?

Jam 4:5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
Jam 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Jam 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jam 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Jam 4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Jam 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Day 35

Day 35
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God reveals himself through his names.  Abraham knew God as El Shaddai , God provides.  God revealed himself to Moses as Jehovah, The Self Existent One.

Ex 6:2 And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD:
Ex 6:3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

How well do you know God?  Where do we start?   We must first believe that He IS, Jehovah, then we see that He is a rewarder, El shaddai.
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Day 34

Day 34
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
The LORD IS!  When one asked not for information, but to question the truth; it always leads to hardening of the heart to the truth.  It is ok to ask God a question but never ok to question God.

Ex 5:2 And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.
Rom 9:17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
Rom 9:18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
Rom 9:19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?

What are you facing to day that you need an answer from God?  Go ahead and ask for an answer.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

But when God gives you an answer, don’t question it.

Day 33

Day 33
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
God IS.
This is a truth that we will never fully understand. God is greater than all His creation. He transcends all of space and time. He is Alpha and Omega , beginning and the end all at once in. God is ever present.

God IS.

Exodus3:13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?
Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.

We need first to acknowledge to ourselves who we are. Moses was correct in asking “who am I” The practical to the principle here is we are no one without the “I AM”

Exodus 3:10 Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
Exodus 3:11 And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?

Day 32

Day 32
Biblical Principle-Absolute truth from God's Word:
God hears the cry of His people because of His promises to be fulfilled. God's timing is always right.

Exodus 2:23 And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.2:24 And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.
2:25 And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God had respect unto them.

Today I get up and walk with God no matter the pain or suffering. I may not see clearly why but I always no who.

II Corinthians 5:1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
5:2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
5:3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
5:4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
5:5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
5:6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Day 31

Day 31
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
1Co 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
A good exercise to do it to find all the practical things you do eat day and make sure there is a Biblical principle to back it.   Why do you do what you do?  We should have a Biblical reason why we do what we do.  The distinction needs to be understood between what is a Biblical principle that should never be violated, and the practical way we try to accomplish these principles which is our practical.   Today list some basic things you do everyday and see if there is a Biblical reason for doing it.  I will give some examples.

  1. Get out of bed each morning
  2. Eat breakfast
  3. Get dressed for work
  4. Go to work
  5. Do the job that is given to me by those in authority over me
These are some basic things we do each day; there are many others that you may do.  List 10 and ask the question: Is there a Biblical reason why I do these things?

Day 30

Day 30
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God has a place for us.  The story of Joseph gives us the map to get there.  From an early age listen to God when he speaks. ( the dreams of Joseph/ the Scriptures for us)  Obey the truth no matter the consequences. ( visit brothers for his father, be an obedient servant to Potiphar in spite of his wife)  When accused wrongfully serve where you are ( In prison he served the Lord)  When exalted stay humble.

Gen 50:19 And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?
Gen 50:20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

What does your day look like today?  How are you going to react?  Are you heading to the place where God wants you?

Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Day 29

Day 29
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
No matter where we are, we should not forget where the fulfillment of God’s promises are.  The land of promise was more than a location to live but a place of abundant life. Joseph knew that God’s provision was not in the wealth of the world in Egypt.
Gen 50:24 And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
Gen 50:25 And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
Heb 11:22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.

The victorious Christian life is found in the promise land of a surrendered life. When we surrender and let God fight and win the battles we prosper.

Day 28

Day 28
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God makes no mistakes.  In life we may think we know better and have everything figured out but in the end we must acknowledge that God knew from the start what was best. This simple verse shows the heritage line of Christ comes through Judah son of Leah.  It was God’s plan from the beginning: Abraham/Sarah; Isaac/Rebekah; Jacob/Leah.
Gen 49:31 There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.

Approach you days by planning but always remember to ask God for His Will.  I need not forget it is God that works for His Glory.

Day 27

Day 27
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God allows things in our life that will include good and bad; but all to the Glory of God.  God keeps His promises and our troubles may be needed in order to see God work.

Gen 45:7 And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.

In order for the light to be very affective it will need to be shinning in darkness.  Men may not see our good works and glorify God if it is not dark around us.

Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
