Day 183
Biblical Principle -
Absolute truth from God’s Word:
The Lord is holy and righteous in all He does. The Lord is our foundation strong and
sure. The Lord sees all visible and
invisible of all people. The Lord hates
the wicked and brings judgment to all.
The Lord loves the righteous and the look on His face shows it.
Psalms 11:1-7 In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye
to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
For, lo, the wicked bend their
bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot
at the upright in heart.
If the foundations be destroyed, what can the
righteous do?
The LORD is in his holy temple, the
LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the
children of men.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked
and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and
brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their
cup.
For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness;
his countenance doth behold the upright.
Practical - Works
that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
The spiritual warfare is evident in the lives of the
believers. The Lord hates the wicked so
it should not be a surprise that the wicked hate the Lord and His people. But
always remember that the Lord loves His own and commands us to love one
another. It may be that we are to love
one another to encourage each other while we are being hated by the
wicked.
1John 3:10-13 In this the children of God are manifest, and
the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,
neither he that loveth not his brother.
For this is the message that ye heard from the
beginning, that we should love one another.
Not as Cain, who was of that wicked
one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works
were evil, and his brother's righteous.
Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate
you.
