Day 179
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
The people of the world believe they know the truth because they can imagine it in their minds. They set up rules and ways of living that oppose the Lord to convince others to follow their ways. Those who hold to the truth are not to fall into the trap of those people and their thinking. All of the worlds thinking and philosophy are laughable to God as they are so small as God is go Great.

Psalms 2:1-5 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine
a vain thing?
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the
rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast
away their cords from us.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh:
the LORD shall have them in derision.
Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath,
and vex them in his sore displeasure.
Practical - Works
that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
When we try to pick between people we are going to follow it
always end in trouble. The practical to
the principle is to always follow Christ and He will always bring us the
leaders we need to follow.
We need to be rooted into Christ and established in the
faith in order to avoid being spoiled with worldly thinking and philosophy.
Colosians 2:6-8 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus
the Lord, so walk ye in him:
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in
the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy
and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world,
and not after Christ.
