Why I Believe What I Believe
Day 29
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
No matter where we are, we should not forget where the
fulfillment of God’s promises are. The land of promise was more than a
location to live but a place of abundant life. Joseph knew that God’s provision
was not in the wealth of the world in Egypt.
Gen 50:24 And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God
will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he
sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
Gen 50:25 And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel,
saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
Heb 11:22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the
departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
The victorious Christian life is found in the promise land
of a surrendered life. When we surrender and let God fight and win the battles
we prosper.
