Day 59
Biblical Principle -
Absolute truth from God’s Word:
Moses could not enter the tabernacle because God’s glory
filled it. But when the glory moved the people and followed.
Exodus 40:34-38 Then a cloud covered the tent of the
congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
And Moses was not able to enter
into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the
glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
And when the cloud was taken up
from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their
journeys:
But if the cloud were not taken up,
then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
For the cloud of the LORD was
upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all
the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
Practical - Works
that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
Many times we pray for God’s presence in the service but we
could not truly be present if the Glory of the LORD is. The real issue is not if the glory of the
LORD is in the service but if we going to follow it when it moves. If we are just excited that the LORD showed
up in the service we are missing the point.
Are we willing to follow Him on Monday-Saturday as He moves in our
lives?
