Day 181
Biblical Principle - Absolute truth from God’s Word:
God is both the defense attorney and judge of the
righteous. God is the judge and executioner of the wicked.
Psalms 7:10-11 My defence is of God, which saveth the
upright in heart.
God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with
the wicked every day.
Practical - Works that apply Biblical Principle:
This section is for you to find a way to apply the truth in
your life. I will try to give only one as example; there may be other practical
ways. This is what makes the Christian walk so important and makes it important
to have a deliberate purpose in everything we do.
Since God will be judge and executioner of the wicked, those
who are righteous should put away those who are wicked. This may seem
like judging on our part and taking away from God’s judgment.
However, we are to make judgments so that we can protect ourselves from falling
to the wicked and to protect others as well.
1Corinthians 5:11-13 But now I have written unto you not to
keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous,
or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one
no not to eat.
For what have I to do to judge them also that are
without? do not ye judge them that are within?
But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put
away from among yourselves that wicked person.
